Who we worked with so far Restaurant We developed and delivered Italian Language + Pronunciation training for the front-of-the-house and kitchen staff of Gusto 501, one of the most ambitious and successful restaurants owned by Janet Zuccarini as part of Gusto 54 Restaurant Group. As part of the program we focused particularly on dishes and ingredients of the menu and wine list. Wine tasting We developed and facilitated a Wine tasting program of the highest quality Italian wines distributed by ICCO in Ontario. With Giorgio Tinelli as a subject matter expert we created an ad-hoc program to help Italian language learners to understand and appreciate the quality, smell and lingo of wines from the different regions of the Italian peninsula. Travel We developed and delivered a Language and Culture Training program for call center operators providing Sales and Support services for Expedia Travel from outsourcing locations. Our curriculum focused on soft skills and other relevant socio-cultural aspects involved in the language used in this line of service, as well as the cultural events that affect travelling.
